Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Sunnyside Community Block Party. First, you must read and agree to abide by all event regulations stated in the Vendor Agreement, Rules and Guidelines. Then, complete and submit your vendor application before Sunday, Aug. 18, 2019. As a vendor, I confirm that I store and exhibit my business goods at my own risk. In addition, I have read and agree to abide by all event regulations stated in the Vendor Agreement, Rules and Guidelines document, or risk removal from the event site without refund. *
